Vertical Mortar Machine Used for Mortar Mixing

Vertical mortar machine is the machine designed for cooperating with country construction R&D department to popularize and implement build mortar base performance test method standard. Its blades rotate in clockwise and the drum rotate in counterclockwise. It also has special structure, stable performance, low noise, long service life, convenient to install and maintain, mixing even, short mixing time, high efficiency, etc. It is usually used in construction industry, colleges and universities, research institutes, quality inspection departments, highway construction, railway construction, municipal engineering, commercial concrete mixing station, petrochemical engineering, etc.

A vertical mortar machine has an orange mixing drum, green machine body, mortar, armrest and four wheels.
VMM-1: Vertical mortar machine has high mixing speed and low noise.
Two mortar mixers are placed together which have red mixing drum and blue machine body.
VMM-2: Wheels on mortar mixer are easy to move the machine.
A mobile mixer has black mixing drum, green machine body, stainless steel armrest and a controller.
VMM-3: Mobile mixer is convenient to install and maintain.
A cement slurry mixer has green mixing drum, machine body, armrest and a controller which is in white foam.
VMM-4: Cement slurry mixer is used in construction industries, colleges and universities.

Structure principle

  1. This machine consists of box, motor, worm gear box, gearbox, blades, scraper, cylinder, worm rack and program controller.
  2. Drive form of this machine is that motor connects worm gear box worm to drive worm. Worm gear shaft top end drives mixing drum spin in counterclockwise through clutch. Output gear on worm gear shaft bottom meshes the gear of column bottom, through top connector on vertical axis driving active gear on top gear box, then middle gear driving mixing gear to make mixing blades rotate in clockwise.

Feature

Application
Vertical mortar machine is applied to mix mortar. It usually used in construction industry, colleges and universities, research institutes, quality inspection departments, highway construction, railway construction, municipal engineering, commercial concrete mixing station, petrochemical engineering, etc.

Operating procedures

  1. Examine the rotate situation, safety devices and protective devices of mortar machine.
  2. Parking location of mortar machine should be flat and solid.
  3. The machine operates in empty condition after starting; examine whether the direction of mixing blades are right; add in water first, then mixture.
  4. Forbid hand or wooden stick to enter mixing drum or clean mortar in drum discharge place.
  5. If the mortar machine breakdown, you should cut off the power first, then pour the mortar of the drum, finally examine the machine, exclude the error.
  6. Examine the distance between mixing blades and mixing drum bottom, side. When the distance exceed standard, you should adjust it in time. When blades wear exceed standard, you should repair or replace in time.
  7. After finishing mixing, clean the machine internal and external, clear up the places around the machine, rotating part should be injected lubricating oil, cut off the power, lock the door.
